TerraMovo provides relocation planning, country research, workflow organization, document checklists, and AI-assisted summaries. TerraMovo is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not replace advice from licensed immigration, tax, financial, medical, or relocation professionals.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

Immigration rules, government processing standards, tax rules, and relocation requirements change frequently. Eligibility scores, recommendations, roadmaps, and document analyses are informational planning aids only and do not guarantee visa approval, residency, citizenship, tax treatment, or any government decision.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for verifying requirements with official government sources and qualified professionals before filing, traveling, moving funds, shipping goods, making tax decisions, or relying on any recommendation. High-risk situations, including criminal history, prior refusals, family-law issues, medical needs, tax complexity, or document concerns, should be reviewed by a qualified professional.

4. Accounts, billing, and paid features

Some TerraMovo features require payment through Stripe. Subscription, checkout, refund, and billing portal behavior may be controlled by Stripe and the plan terms shown at purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to keep account access secure.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use TerraMovo to commit fraud, evade immigration or customs rules, misrepresent documents, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, interfere with service security, scrape private data, or attempt to access admin or user data that is not yours.

6. AI-assisted features

AI-assisted chat and document analysis can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should not submit information you are not authorized to share. You should independently verify AI outputs before acting on them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TerraMovo is provided as-is and without warranties. TerraMovo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities, rejected applications, travel disruption, tax consequences, or professional fees arising from use of the service.
