TerraMovo may collect account details, email addresses, guest-session identifiers, assessment responses, profile details, saved countries, roadmap tasks, document metadata, chat messages, expert-review requests, billing identifiers, and service logs needed to operate and secure the product.
If you upload a file for document-vault analysis, TerraMovo may process the file contents to extract planning metadata, document category, expiration signals, preparation status, and sensitive-field indicators. Do not upload documents unless you have the right to share them and understand that automated analysis is a planning aid, not professional review.
TerraMovo uses external providers to operate parts of the service, including AI model providers for chat or document analysis, Stripe for payments and billing portal workflows, email infrastructure for sign-in links, hosting providers, and database infrastructure. These providers may process data according to their own terms and privacy commitments.
We use information to provide assessments, recommendations, roadmaps, document organization, expert-review workflows, account sign-in, billing, support, abuse prevention, security monitoring, product improvement, and compliance with legal obligations.
TerraMovo may record limited product events such as stage selection, assessment loading, comparison recovery states, pricing clicks, profile-save actions, and roadmap setup states. These events are designed to avoid sensitive profile values such as citizenship, income, savings, criminal-history answers, uploaded document details, names, and email addresses.
TerraMovo retains information while your account or guest workspace is active and as needed for billing, security, audit, legal, or operational purposes. You may request deletion of account-linked planning data and uploaded document metadata by contacting the operator listed in the deployment documentation. Some records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup recovery windows.
TerraMovo uses access controls, server-side authorization checks, HTTP-only guest cookies, payment-provider tokenization, and environment-managed secrets. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid uploading documents or entering information that is unnecessary for planning.
You can choose not to provide optional assessment details or documents. You can sign out, clear guest cookies, avoid AI-assisted uploads, manage billing through Stripe where available, and request deletion or export of account-linked data where technically and legally feasible.
Your use of TerraMovo is also governed by the Terms of Service, including the no-legal-advice and no-guaranteed-outcomes provisions.
